LKF, Serneke; Granitor: Living platform at Brunnshög
In Brunnshög, residential properties are being built, benefiting from innovations and exploring different ways of living in the future. Property owners who are competitors in one respect work together on a partially common digital platform. This is a unique collaboration that can increase the exchange between accommodation in different houses but also between residents and the municipality, business owners, associations and property owners. In Xplorion, LKF is already testing a first version of its housing platform, and Granitor is following suit in connection with the construction of the residential building Life.
The Brunnshögsgruppen work, among others, LKF, Granitor, Serneke, Kärnhem, ICA Fastigheter, Ikano housing, Sundprojekt and Lund Municipality. From time to time, representatives from some of the construction companies that are building or are about to start building in Brunnshög have meetings with each other about how to create the digital platform. The idea is that certain parts should be shared and that residents of the different properties would be able to access several different services through the platform, for example with the possibility of sharing special spaces in different properties and to interact in different ways with those living nearby.
In 2020, LKF launched the first version of its accommodation platform in the brand new residential building Xplorion, and the tenants of the 54 apartments are involved in designing the accommodation platform. During the summer of 2021, 2021 Granitor started the construction of the Life property with 42 apartments in the center of Brunnshög. Move-in is planned for early 2023. Like LKF, Midroc will use the Brikks digital platform from viaEuropa.
Right at Brunnshög Square, Serneke is planning for Lund's tallest house, a 35-storey building with a new hotel concept. At the top there will be a crowd viewing point.
Together they are looking at, above all, sharing services. But it could also be a “neighbourly offer” to reduce food waste, for example if restaurants or shops have lunches over. For example, through an accommodation platform, all residents would receive quick information about garbage collection messes and whether there are road closures of certain streets. On the platform there can be everything that can facilitate and make us live more sustainably in everyday life, it can be the creation of groups with a rolling schedule for rides to activities or for babysitting. There could also be boxes to facilitate in the delivery of online orders and reservation systems for activities that exist in the area, simply all the technologies that unify and simplify.
