Survey responses led to lunch in Lund Innovation District

In autumn 2023, Future by Lund conducted a survey of the Lund Innovation District and over 500 people chose to answer the survey. Thanks to the great involvement in the survey and the many detailed responses, we now know significantly more about the innovation district than before. Some of the participants were also in the raffle of lunches, and now our six winners have eaten at restaurants in the area.

The interviews about the Lund Innovation District were conducted through questionnaires with open questions, which were then analyzed with the help of lundabolaget Parlametrics AI-based approach, which makes it possible to group open responses. The survey showed that many of the participants think that Lund's climate for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship is good, that many see cooperation as important for the innovation process and that it is also possible to interpret the responses given as indications of a gender equal innovation district. In the material it is also possible to find areas to develop — such as places that favor cooperation and the possibility of financing. Based on the material, we have selected 10 points to think more about — read more here.

The winners represent well the composition of the interviewees at large — two of the winners have their workplace in Lund, two study in Lund and two come from companies that have collaborated with Future by Lund. Jakob Holmesson, Hanna Holmesson, Maja Persson, Lovisa Ek, Sara Jarmakowski Svanbom and Christian Lagergren were the winners who each received a lunch at either Taste of China, Bricks Eatery or Inspira.

Many thanks to our winners and all the other participants who helped us with their answers — and also a big thank you to the three restaurants that promoted the survey on the premises!
